One sign shall be provided; per household, on a first come first serve basis, except for a corner lot, which will be permitted a maximum of two (one per side)
A maximum of one sign per 50.0 meters is permitted to avoid information overload
Signs shall be placed:
- at minimum, 3.0 meters from a fire hydrant
- at minimum, 100.0 meters from a Temporary Condition sign and/or a construction zone
- at minimum, 30.0 meters from an intersection in a rural area and 15.0 meters in an urban area
- only on private property, and not within the municipal right-of-way
- at minimum, 1.0 meter from a sidewalk, curb and/or roadway

*Signs are biodegradable but should not be mixed with regular recycling or composting, which may reduce the quality of end-use products. Typical breakdown for buried material is 3-7 months for microcracking, and full micro-fragmentation/bacterial digestion within 7-12 months.
