Our guided bird walk is led by an experienced field naturalist and covers varied terrain through the forest, along the river and into a meadow, learning to identify birds by their songs and calls, and spot them in the foliage. This walk typically begins in Anniversary Park and progresses along Turtle Trail, a naturalized trail, without significant inclines, but which does contain uneven ground. The pace of the walk is slow to moderate.

Anniversary Park is located inside the Ferguson Forest Centre at the end of Veterans Way overlooking Kemptville Creek.
