BAG TAG INCREASE
Please be advised that on January 24, 2011 the Municipal Council of North Grenville approved an increase of .25 to the cost of bag tags, bringing the new cost to $1.75. This increase is to help offset the increasing cost of garbage collection and will take effect March 7, 2011.
The Municipality of North Grenville and its vendors will stop selling the green tags March 7, 2011 at which point you will have 3 months to use up all of your green tags. Effective June 6, 2011 you will no longer be able to use the green tags. If you still have some green tags left over after June 6th, you may bring them into the municipal office located at 285 County Rd 44 to exchange your green tags for the new pink tags. The cost of the exchange is .25 per tag.
